A little bit of fun while using the Sims 2... Unfortunately, I don't have a file to share any more, pity... However, I'll try to re-create this house using the Sims 3

Ocean Drive.

Huge house designed to fit perfectly the seaside surroundings. Garage, office room and terraces just for your Sim! Nicely arranged garden, with lawn and place for pool... or whatever you want :)

Villa of modern shape. Main colours: crimson red, pure white, elephant grey, with addition of dark wood. Two bathrooms and kitchen - furnished wiht contemporary style. Huge lawn, swimming pool, place for a car.

Ocean-view Mansion.

Well, I have to say one thing - this house was a total experiment for me. It looks easy to be built, but it's not, in fact, I had to erase mistakes so many times eeerrrgghhhhhh.... The roof issue was a horror. Now, it's a medium mansion. I would put this lot on the hill, so that your Sim would have a great view :)

Nice home built in modern, seaside style - simple, milk-n-coffee facade, turquoise door... I like this house, I have to admit. It has huge lawn and fits perfectly into surroundings. It's not so big so your Sim won't get lost ;)

The very first post, what should I say? Well, as in "about me" section - I love building houses using tS3. I do, really. I want to share with you with those houses I make, so under each post I will give you a link to my another blog and there will be a file.sim3pack to download.

I like to be inspired by anything while I'm thinking of a new design. Sometimes I create houses taking into consideration those already existing in reality. It's like a challenge for me.
